CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Our Client Success Manager is responsible for making sure members stay engaged, accountable, supported, and progressing throughout their experience with Supreme Body Training.
This is a hands-on position that combines member support, progress tracking, communication, retention, organization, and relationship building.
WHAT A CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER DOES
• Performs and manages 3D body composition scans for members
• Reviews scan results and helps members understand their progress
• Tracks changes in measurements, body composition, and overall results
• Conducts regular client progress check-ins
• Follows up with new members after they begin their program
• Helps guide new clients through the onboarding process
• Makes sure members understand how to use Supreme Body Training programs and services
• Communicates with clients by phone, text, email, and in person
• Checks in with members who have missed workouts or become less active
• Helps keep clients accountable to their fitness goals
• Identifies members who may be struggling with consistency, motivation, or engagement
• Works with trainers and coaches to address client needs
• Helps coordinate appointments, assessments, body scans, and follow-ups
• Maintains accurate client notes, progress information, and communication records
• Celebrates client milestones, achievements, and transformations
• Helps resolve member questions, concerns, and service issues
• Builds strong relationships with members throughout their fitness journey

The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall operation and performance of a Supreme Body Training location.
The General Manager works closely with trainers, instructors, Client Success staff, and the Assistant Manager to create a strong team, maintain company standards, improve the client experience, and help the location continue to grow.

• Leads and manages the Supreme Body Training team
• Oversees daily gym and facility operations
• Coaches, develops, and holds staff members accountable
• Helps recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members
• Creates and manages employee schedules
• Makes sure staff members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Monitors the overall member and client experience
• Works closely with the Client Success Team on retention and member engagement
• Helps maintain strong communication between trainers, staff, and clients
• Oversees sales activity and helps the team reach company goals
• Reviews performance numbers and key business results
• Helps improve membership retention and client satisfaction
• Addresses employee and client concerns when necessary
• Makes sure company systems, procedures, and standards are followed
• Maintains a professional, organized, clean, and welcoming facility
